By using the Connected Frequency online store, you agree to the following terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Acceptable Use

The site may be used for lawful purchasing and product or service inquiries. Use for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes, or to extract data or content without permission, is prohibited.

2. Account and Data

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide (name, address, contact details). You must keep your password confidential. Connected Frequency is not liable for unauthorized use of your account due to your disclosure of credentials.

3. Orders and Payment

Placing an order obliges you to pay by the chosen method. Displayed prices include VAT where required by law. The store may refuse or cancel an order in case of unavailability or other reasons as set out in the Refund and Returns Policy.

4. Intellectual Property and Content

All content (text, images, logos, designs) on the site is owned by or licensed to Connected Frequency. It may not be copied or reused without written permission.

5. Privacy

Processing of personal data is subject to the privacy policy published on the site. By using the site, you accept that your data will be processed in accordance with that policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

Connected Frequency strives for accuracy of information but is not liable for damages arising from use of the site, delivery delays, or unavailability except as required by law. Product warranty is governed by the Refund and Returns Policy.

7. Governing Law and Changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Connected Frequency may update the terms of use at any time; continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

Refund and Returns Policy

At Connected Frequency, we are committed to providing top-tier technical and security solutions. In compliance with the E-Commerce Law and Ministry of Commerce regulations in Saudi Arabia, customers have the right to return or exchange hardware products within 7 days of receipt, provided the item remains unused, uninstalled, and in its original factory packaging.

Delivery Time

Products may not be in stock at the store; the delivery time shown to the customer includes sourcing the product from the local supplier and then shipping it to the customer. The timeframe shown at checkout is estimated and does not bind the store to a specific date. We aim to deliver orders within 5 to 7 business days from order confirmation; delivery may vary based on availability and location. The displayed timeframe is not a guarantee of delivery by a specific date.

Cancellation for Unavailability

Connected Frequency reserves the right to cancel an order if the product is unavailable or out of stock, even after the order has been completed and paid. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded within the timeframe applied by the payment method, and the customer will be notified .

1. Hardware Returns (Security Systems & Equipment)

To qualify for a return of cameras, NVRs/DVRs, servers, or networking devices, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be in its original packaging (factory sealed) with all accessories and manuals.
• No Installation Marks: We cannot accept returns for items that have been mounted, screwed into walls, or have visible installation marks.
• Cloud Unbinding: For smart cameras and biometric devices, the customer MUST unbind/unlink the device from their personal cloud account or mobile app before returning it. Devices locked to a user account will be rejected.
• Serial numbers and warranty seals must be intact.

2. Software and Digital Licenses

Due to the nature of digital products, the following exceptions apply under the law:

• Digital Keys: Software activation keys, system licenses, and cloud subscriptions are non-refundable once the code has been delivered/revealed to the customer.
• Physical Media: Software sold on physical media (CD/USB) can only be returned if the factory seal is unbroken.

3. Installation Services & Projects

• Labor Costs: If a customer wishes to return hardware after installation has been performed (and there is no manufacturing defect), the cost of labor/installation services will be deducted from the refund amount, as the service has already been rendered.
• Custom Solutions: Projects or equipment ordered specifically to unique customer specifications (Custom Made) are non-returnable unless they fail to meet the agreed specifications.

4. Warranty

Hardware products are covered by a 2-year warranty (or as per the authorized agent in KSA) against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover: Misuse, physical damage/breakage, liquid damage, or damage caused by unstable electricity/power surges.

5. Shipping & Return Costs

• Manufacturing Defect/Error: Connected Frequency will bear all shipping costs.
• Customer Preference (No Defect): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The customer must ensure sensitive items (e.g., Hard Drives) are securely packed.

Data Privacy Disclaimer: Connected Frequency is not responsible for any data or video recordings left on returned storage units. Please wipe your data before returning any device.
